Eva is a senior physiotherapist specialising in Pilates and Movement Therapies.

She is extremely passionate about optimising movement through understanding and awareness. In partnership with her clients she is process and outcome focussed, with the magic ingredients of fun and laughter.
Her love of how our bodies move and her ongoing learnings of the intricacies of the brain/body connection, enable her to deliver a detailed and inspiring session.
Eva has enjoyed a diverse career since qualifying as a physiotherapist. She has gained experienced within a range of public and private healthcare settings where she has cared for patients of all ages from grandparents to elite cyclists to inspiring mums.
She has a keen interest in pre and post natal, cycling and complex conditions.
Eva has taken her passion for body mechanics and cycling and helped not only herself but other fellow cyclists to improve their technique and output. Likewise her experiences through two pregnancies and beyond, has enhanced her knowledge in this field. Having known, managed and overcome chronic pain in her own body, Eva can relate to those at different stages of their journey.
